RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At White Victoria, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free and transparent return policy. In case you wish to return or exchange your jewelry, you can do so within 60 days from the purchase (shipment) date. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, you may do so within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be in good condition, with all original certificates and accessories. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage. We recommend that you keep the original packaging and all paperwork in good condition to ensure that your return is accepted.
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that we will not be responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply to international returns.
If you paid for your jewelry purchase via credit card, a credit will be issued upon the return of the product and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid via other means, we will provide a refund via the original payment method or issue store credit for the amount of the purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the jewelry is accepted for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within ten business days.
